The connection of peripheral equipment or internal grids to the telecommunications infrastructures require compliance with the requirements applicable thereto in accordance with the adopted regulations of conformity.

In any case, the following obligations and conditions apply here with regard to:

• The acknowledgment and supervision of institutions that test peripheral equipment for approval of the connection to the telecommunications infrastructure
• The issue of conformity certificates for peripheral equipment
• The application for and admission of peripheral equipment to connect to the telecommunications infrastructure and the manner in which the admission is to be made known
• The application for and granting of approval for an internal network
