An authorization is required to build, maintain and use cable networks that may not be characterized as wire broadcasting systems.

In any case, the following obligations and conditions apply here with regard to:

• The duration of the authorization
• The technology and structure of the cable network
• The prevention or removal of interference caused to third parties by the cable network
• The prevention of the efficiency of the telecommunications infrastructure being affected
• The manner of connection to the telecommunications infrastructure
