Wireless network connections

Fixed wireless (data) network connections are terrestrial based wireless (data) network connections that operate between 2 or more fixed points of communication.

It often involves point-to-point or point-to-multipoint connections for data transmitter between communication networks, access to broadband wireless internet or other specific ICT applications.

Required documents for authorization request

In addition to the completed application form for the authorization of wireless (data) network connections, the following documents must be submitted:

  • An adhesive stamp of NAF. 10.00
  • An original excerpt of the certificate of registration of the Chamber of Commerce (not older than 3 months)
  • A copy of the articles of incorporation of the company (LLC or PLC)
  • A copy of the business permit of the company
  • A copy of the shareholders’ register of the company
  • A certificate of good behaviour of the director(s) (not older than 3 months)
  • A business plan in case of the exploitation of data (service) networks
  • A declaration of financial guarantee enclosed with the business plan
  • A technical description of the project
  • A graphic representation of the installation
  • The geographical location of the installation
  • Folders with technical information on the equipment used
