Application form courier registration

Transporters of letters up to 2000 grams are subject to mandatory registration and in accordance with the law they also annually owe a fee for the registration costs, the co-ordination of the registration and the supervision on observance of the operative prescriptions for the transportation of postal items. This has been stipulated by the Decree on registration of courier services, (Official Gazette 2004, no. 65)

Apart from the obligation to register and the annual fee, the registered courier is under obligation to:

Inform BT&P of the updated data of the registration, if applicable
Provide information to the officials designated by the minister for the purpose of the supervision tasks carried out by BT&P
Annually submit lists of tariffs to BT&P as per the 31st of March

Completed forms may be submitted by postal mail or personally at the BT&P office.
