Fees

Cpost International N.V., in its capacity of concession holder, annually owes a fee for the costs in connection with the concession granted, for the supervision on the compliance with the concession and for the execution of authority relative to postal matters by Curaçao. The determined fee is laid down in the Resolution on the concession, granted by National Resolution of the 10th of March 2008, no. 2, No. 982/RNA-a.

The transportation of letters by companies other than the postal concession holder, is permitted, provided that a registered courier is involved and against payment of an annual registration fee laid down in article 6 of Decree on registration of courier services, (Official Gazette 2004, no. 65).
