BT&P publishes a newsletter on behalf of Radiocommunications Agency Netherlands periodically.
This newsletter informs inhabitants of the Dutch Caribbean and stakeholders in the telecommunications and postal market about sector specific facts, events and developments on the BES islands.

A digital version of the first edition of the newsletter in 2013 can be downloaded here below. A printed version of the newsletter is available at Bureau Telecommunicatie en Post in Bonaire and the office of Rijskdienst Caribisch Nederland in Statia and Saba.
