Due to the end of the moratorium on the issuance of a concession for the construction, maintenance and operation of a mobile telecommunication-infrastructure, the Bureau Telecommunication and Post has initiated an application and selection procedure for issuing a concession for mobile telecommunication on behalf of the Minister of Traffic, Transport and Urban Planning.
