The GDPR applies to organizations on Curaçao if these process personal data of persons who are located

• Offering goods or services in the European Union to parties involved, regardless of whether a payment by those parties is required;
• Monitoring their behavior as far as this behavior takes place in the European Union.

Furthermore, personal data of persons located in the European Union may not be passed on anymore to a country outside of the European Union or to an international organization, if certain conditions, mentioned in the GDPR, are not met.
