Registration of complaints
Notify us of your complaint, report your findings or send us your tips.
If you experience interference, if you have a complaint regarding a service or product from the Telecommunications-, Post- or Energy sector, a complaint regarding the airport tariffs, or if you have information about companies in these sectors, not complying with the rules, get in contact with us or notify us by means of the Complaint form stating clearly the subject and the sector to which your complaint or notification refers.
BT&P will deploy its expertise to detect the source of the problem and to remedy same within the frameworks of its authority.
