Concessions are required to build maintain and exploit telecommunications infrastructures through which the following services can be delivered:

• Telegraphy
• Telex
• Telephony

Concessions need applied for by filling out the appropriate forms and handing in required paperwork. Forms are available at the following locations:

• BT&P, Beatrixlaan 9 / Curacao 
• BT&P, CW.G. Buncamper Road Harbour View Lot 3 / Unit D / St. Maarten
• BT&P, Kaya Grandi 69 / Bonaire

Completed forms need to be submitted to the Cabinet of the Governor of the Netherlands Antilles.If you wish to contact the Cabinet of the Governor, please apply to the Director Dick van der Windt or the Deputy Director Frans Kerkhoff.
